Thin Stone Veneer

Thin Stone Veneer

Thin Stone Veneer Project Pictures

Thin stone veneer is becoming very popular, you can buy all different kinds of thin stone veneer in a wide range of colors. These lightweight stone come made out of natural or manufactured stone. They are quick and relatively easy to install and can usually be installed on existing structures with little or no modification.

I’m personally not a big fan of stone veneer panels and would select a quality cultured stone over panels. Mainly because most veneer panels are 6″ x 24″ panels.

Once installed they look very nice don’t get me wrong, but once you see the runningĀ  joints it’s hard not to see them when ever you look. It’s like having a small stain on the carpet, most people would never see it, but once you know it’s there it jumps out every time you look.

Here are some pictures of Thin Stone Veneer I’ve installed.

hi! i love the work you did!!  i live in texas and have been researching stone veneers for a home project.  can you tell me where you bought this particular one you used?  i love the colors and they're neutral and will go with anything!  also, what tools are needed for cutting this?

    thanks so much!

I really liked the pictures of the thin stone veneer work in what looks like a basement area. I would like to do the same thing in my basement. Could you tell me the brand of stone veneer you used? I live in Indiana and wondered if I could get the same brand of product here as it looks very nice.
